Delivery must be to an address in the United Kingdom, and are either by courier or by post, (Charges Apply) normally within 4 working days from receipt of your order unless otherwise stated, but excludes certain geographical limitations, such as Eire, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Off Shore Islands. All courier deliveries must be signed for, but if you are out when the courier arrives, they will leave a card and a contact number for you to call, in order for you to re-arrange a delivery date and time. Delivery times are calulated in working days - ie Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 3.30pm please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day, orders placed after 3.30pm on a Friday will be processed on the next working day ( Monday)
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore, they cannot be guaranteed, and we will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
