These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactins on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Additional terms and conditions mat apply to any competitions, special offers and special services.
PC Inks and our supplier own this website and will not allow any copying of logos or designs from it, or from any other graphics or text locations, and reproduction of the material or contents are strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without our prior consent nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or employment of it by anyone else.
We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to enable us to constantly monitor and improve our service to you and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for any loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any othe loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us fir any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control. Our liability in respect of breach of the terms of any order shall be limited to the invoiced value of such order. The provisions of the Clause shall survive the expiry or termination of these terms and conditions however arising.
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button. You can order our products displayed on the website by filling out the online order form. We will then send you an automated acknowledgement email. Please note this is an acknowledgement and is not acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a second email, which will cofirm yur order is being processed and contain details of how we will deliver your products to you..

Authorisation
We are unable to accept the return of goods without prior consent and all returns will only be accepted with a valid returns authorisation number (RMA). Unauthorised goods will be refused. Refused goods must be collected within 30 days otherwise they will be disposed of.
Goods ordered in error
It is acknowledged that goods are incorrectly ordered from time to time. At the discretion of PC Inks and Our Supplier, these may be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice providing goods are in a wholly resaleable condition relative to product integrity, shelf life and packaging.
These may be returned at the cost of the customer with suitable paperwork and details to enable a prompt processing of your credit note.
ALL SUCH RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE.
Faulty Returns
Goods claimed to be faulty will be tested by Our Supplier and may require prior authorisation from the manufacturer before credit can be agreed. In such situations returns must be accompanied by a faulty evaluation form and print sample. Faulty goods in general and those compliant with the above are collected free of charge.
Damaged goods
All deliveries received in a damaged condition should be signed for as damaged to enable a claim to be processed.
Such claims must be logged with your Account Manager withing 3 working days to be valid.
Credit, where appropriate, will be issued upon receipt and evaluation, normally within 3 working days.
Collections
Our Carriers should effect all collections withing 48 hrs unless otherwise advised.
Expiry Date
All returns authorisation numbers (RMA) carry a 14 day expiry date. The RMA is void after this date. Credits will not be issued against the RMA once void, and receipt of these goods will be refused.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SUITABLY PACKAGED. DAMAGED OR DEFACED ORIGINAL PACKAGING CANNOT BE CREDITED. | | |
